Informational Cost Overview
Under “Documents,” an informational cost overview is available. This overview shows the costs associated with purchasing the property at auction, based on a purchase at the starting bid price.
If the final purchase price is higher than the starting bid price, the related costs will also increase accordingly. The cost overview does not include any costs associated with establishing a mortgage.
Private bid
Written private offers may be submitted up to fourteen (14) days before the auction date. These offers will be handled in accordance with Article 3:268 of the Dutch Civil Code, without the enforcing creditor being obligated to accept an offer.
The “Private Offer” form, available under “Documents,” may be used to submit a private offer.
A private offer may be submitted up to and including Wednesday, September 12, 2026.
No Possibility of Viewing the Property
This is an execution auction (a non-voluntary sale). Viewing of the auction property is not possible. Consequently, it is also not possible to make an appointment for a viewing.
Eviction at the Purchaser’s Expense and Risk
If the registered property is occupied or otherwise in use and is not delivered free of occupants or use, it is the responsibility of the auction purchaser, at their own expense and risk, to arrange for the property to be vacated.
Property Tax
According to the information obtained, the property tax amounts to one hundred and eighty Caribbean Guilders (XCG 180.00) per year.

Requirements for Participation in the Auction
To participate in the bidding process during the auction, you must bring the following documents:
- Valid identification: a valid passport or valid identity card.
- Proof of financial means: proof of financial means in an amount of at least the starting bid price, plus the additional costs. The enforcing creditor will determine whether the proof provided is sufficient.
