No Viewing
As this is a foreclosure auction (involuntary sale), it is not possible to arrange a viewing or a viewing appointment.
Eviction
If the property is occupied and is not delivered with vacant possession, it is the buyer’s responsibility — at the buyer’s own expense — to arrange for eviction.
Property Tax
According to the information received, the annual property tax amounts to five thousand two hundred and thirty Caribbean guilders (XCG 5,230.00) per year.
Private Offer
It is possible to submit a private offer up to and including Wednesday, September 12, 2026.

Requirements for Participation in the Auction
