Meet André, the vibrant force behind STAAT notariaat. With a zest for life and a passion for law, André brings a dynamic and innovative spirit to the world of notarial services.

Experience

Before starting STAAT notariaat, André worked 10 years in Curaçao, where he excelled for seven years as a deputy civil law notary. Bonaire also benefited from his legal expertise for 3.5 years, establishing him as a seasoned professional in the realm of Caribbean law.

Background

A proud alumnus of Radboud University Nijmegen, André studied notarial law with a twist. His academic journey took a turn with a semester at ICADE in Madrid, where he mastered legal Spanish among others – a skill that adds a global flair to his expertise.

When not immersed in the legal world, André channels his energy into powerlifting, traveling and … conquering both legal documents and the gym with equal vigor. André adds a colorful touch to the STAAT notariaat canvas.

Farah

Meet Farah, the bright deputy civil law notary of STAAT notariaat. 

Farah’s academic journey took her to Utrecht University, where she earned degrees in notarial law and Dutch law, specializing in private law.

After completing the master’s program Notarial Law at Utrecht University, Farah interned at two prestigious notary offices in the Netherlands. This experience laid the foundation for her role as a deputy civil law notary at STAAT notariaat.

Returning to Curaçao in 2011, Farah has been part of the notarial landscape for over a decade, contributing her skills to various facets of the field.
